Fate-Angelette and Juliek's old bedroom

First, we was planning that Juliek and Fate-Angelette are gonna share bedroom and Hope's bedroom was going to work as a playroom also but we changed our plan after furnishing the duo's room.
This is the overview. You can see how tiny this room is.It can barely fit 4 bears in there. That is be one of the reason we change the plan.
But let's take a looks, anyway
Their bunk beds were a bathroom/kitchen shelf we got at the hardware store and then I add the tent/cover for Juliek's bed. It is made out of Boy's dress shirt. The rug is actually a towel. We add some decor sticker too.

Here's the storages. Actually, they are the organizer that fit in the drawer. You can find them on the typical hardware store. The mini playdough fit perfectly in them and that was where the toys were stored.
It is how they look from far. I stack the other one on top so they look kinda like the shelves. I put the hooks on the side so that's where the jackets and bags will go.
The close-up of the hooks and the laundry basket is actually pencil holder from japanese one-price store

Then on Fate-Angelette's space(aka top bunk) is the book sling made from two wire hook, straws and piece of fabric.
The wooden letter, I bought at Joann's and I glue scrapbook paper on it. Next is the bow board made of piece of fabric, ribbon and picture frame. Then we add Donghae's photo. Since he's mommy's favorite.

F: Crossover Pinafore

Pinafore is probably the cutest thing you can make for your tomboy or non -girly girl. It looks pretty even without ruffle, lace, or gigantic flower. And yes!!!!, without girly prints, it look girly enough. For the one in the picture. I used the cotton linen blend featuring Rilakkuma prints and for the lining, I used cotton. You can find tutorial HERE for the how-to

Tutorial: Teddy Bear and Doll Harness

Do you have a traveling teddy or doll at your house? I have one. She loves traveling or even just sitting in the car. so I made this harness system that work on the luggage(when she sits on it when we are at the airport), with most chair, bag , and seatbelt in the car.
Let's start,
Basically you are going to need

  • a fabric ,I cut a piece from an old pants,
  •  a strap from an old bag,
  • some triangle ring and the buckles and the slider/adjuster
Shoulders Straps (2)
Firstly, lace the slider and the buckles through your strap. The slider located around the shoulders or the armpit of your desired stuffed animal or doll.
In order to do that, you start with the slider then sew to secure the slider piece. Then, put the buckle piece in

Then, lace the strap to the nearest hole from the buckle piece
Then, loop it thru it other hole. Pull to the desired length.
This is what you supposed to get! and made the other one get like that
The hip Straps (2)
Lace the strap with the slider and then sew each straps to each side of the triangle ring
The Crotch Strap(1)
sew the strap snuggly to the tip of the triangle

With the shoulder straps buckle. This is how the harness looks
The backing
This is where all the strap are going to be sew to. You can cut it in any size but make sure you cut the split for the velcro or snap.
Now sit your model upright and cut the desired length. Then sew all 5 straps and add the velcro or snaps.
